About the Artist:
Oil and watercolor paintings are suffused with soft light and convey a sensitive approach.
· Subject matter is varied and includes still-life, landscapes, street scenes & botanical work.
· Accepts commissions in watercolour & oils for any industry, golf/tennis clubs & weddings.
Personal statement:
I am seldom happier than when I am out in a field, capturing the sunlight and atmosphere on canvas, listening to the sounds of nature and letting my thoughts run free. My aim is to carefully observe my subject, whether it be a still-life or landscape, appreciate the response I feel and somehow convey the essence of a place or time of day with paint. If I can evoke an emotional response in the viewer, I have been successful.

Anne exhibits regularly with the Art Alley Group in Malahide, St. Sylvester's GAA Hall & in Cafe Provence every two weeks. Anne's work is also on display in Bay Restaurant at the old wooden bridge, Clontarf & in The Designer Studio, Cows Lane, Temple Bar. Anne has a great many followers / collectors of her unique work.
